My Experience at the Shree Sai Social Media Summit 2025

Contents at a glance hide

Disclaimer: Dear devotee readers, I request your patience as this post is a bit lengthy but I truly don’t want to skip even a single moment of my experience at the Shree Sai Social Media Summit 2025. What I witnessed, what I felt, and how Baba made every moment special, I wish to share it all with you from my heart.

When Baba Called Me to the Shree Sai Social Media Summit 2025

A Seva Beyond Social Media

The event required participants to have at least 50,000 followers on any social media platform. Naturally, I hadn’t applied even though one of my Sai brothers, who believed I truly deserved to be there, had informed me about it. We were never too active on social media, and that’s why I had simply set the thought aside.

Over the years, countless social media platforms have come and gone, each bringing its own wave of connection and creativity. But long before all of that, Baba had already entrusted me with a different kind of seva i.e. the seva of words. Eighteen years ago, He gently inspired me to start writing blogs about Him, and by His grace, that sacred journey still continues today.

Being consistent on social media was always a challenge for me because my heart found peace in writing and reading about Baba and not in chasing algorithms. I wrote what I truly felt for Him; every post emerged from the depth of my devotion.

Baba’s Subtle, Yet Certain Call

When I saw the promotional reels of the summit on the Instagram handle of Shri Saibaba Sansthan Trust, Shirdi, I must admit that I started feeling a little FOMO (fear of missing out). However, deep down I reminded myself that if I had been true to my seva, Baba would call me in His own way. I didn’t know how or when it would happen, but that intuition was quietly assuring me.

A few days before the last date of application, I received a call from Shri Prasad Patil, the owner of Shri Sai Leela TV from Shirdi. Unfortunately, I missed his call at that moment. The next day, I returned the call, and he mentioned that he wanted to discuss the response to the Sai Baba Quiz that I was conducting on our blog. He also shared that his team was planning something similar, and he was seeking some suggestions from my end.

We spoke briefly about the quiz, how beautifully devotees were responding and how Baba was guiding the initiative. The conversation concluded naturally, without any mention of the summit. Before hanging up, I told him that I’d be happy to help if he ever wanted to conduct a similar quiz online.

The last date i.e. August 8, 2025 to apply soon passed, and with it, any hope I had of attending the summit. I accepted it gracefully, telling myself that Baba must have a better reason for not having me there. Perhaps, I thought, my seva was meant to continue quietly, in my own way.

Life moved on with its usual rhythm, and I immersed myself once again in my daily routine and writing.

Baba’s Perfect Timing

Then, on September 18, 2025, I unexpectedly received another call from Prasad Ji. A call that, though simple, carried with it the quiet promise of something Baba had planned all along.

He informed me that I would soon be receiving a call from the Sansthan regarding the summit. I was speechless for a few moments. It felt as though Baba Himself had whispered, “See, I haven’t forgotten you.” My heart was fluttering with excitement; I felt as if I were flying in the air, my stomach filled with butterflies, and my eyes moist with emotion. So many feelings of joy, disbelief, gratitude, and awe rushed in at once.

Still, I composed myself during the call and sincerely thanked Prasad Ji for recommending my name. But before I tell you what he said next, there’s something you should know that I had never met him personally, nor had we spoken much over the phone. Perhaps only two or three times in all these years, and even then, just briefly with one formal introduction in Shirdi in 2024.

That’s why his reply stunned me completely. With utter simplicity, he said, “Don’t thank me, thank Baba,” he said warmly. “When I went to the meeting, I didn’t even have your name in mind. But when the moment came, Baba made me remember you, and I shared your details. It was Baba Himself Who wanted you to be there.”

At that moment, I was overwhelmed. It wasn’t just an invitation. It was Baba’s loving assurance that He is always watching, always guiding, and always calling us at the right time.

The Journey Begins

The very next day, just as Prasad Ji had said, I received a WhatsApp message and a call from the Sansthan.

Reading the message, my hands trembled slightly. It felt surreal. Baba had indeed called me, just as my heart had quietly believed He would. I was officially invited to attend the Shree Sai Social Media Summit 2025 in Shirdi.

In that moment, my eyes filled with tears again. All I could whisper was, “Baba, You never fail those who surrender to You.”

It wasn’t just an invitation. It was a reminder of how Baba’s unseen hand works beyond human logic and timing. He had written this plan long before I even knew about the summit.

I’m sharing below the screenshot of the message I received from the Sansthan, the very message that turned Baba’s silent assurance into reality.

Soon after, I received another call from a Sansthan official asking for details regarding my accommodation in Dwarawati, along with my arrival and departure dates.

Now, it was beyond any doubt, everything was arranged by Baba Himself. What else could it be?

With my heart overflowing with gratitude, I began my preparations for the journey. I booked my tickets, did some shopping for outfits that would suit the event, and got visiting cards printed. I even designed a small badge of Sai Yug Network, which I planned to wear proudly for I was going there as Baba’s representative through Sai Yug Network, the platform He had blessed me with years ago.

Every small task, from packing to planning, felt sacred, as if Baba was watching every step, smiling quietly, guiding the way and welcoming again and again.

As the days drew closer, I was counting each one eagerly. My excitement couldn’t be contained! Every time I opened Instagram and saw new promotional posts of the summit on the Shri Saibaba Sansthan Trust page, my heart swelled with pride and gratitude. I was going to be one of the attendees!

Day 1 in Shirdi – Reaching for the Summit

Finally, the day arrived. I reached Shirdi on October 4, 2025, at around 7:30 in the morning.
I had travelled alone, and as soon as I got down from the bus, I went straight to Dwarawati Bhaktiniwas.

The Room Allotment Test

After informing the staff at the reception about the purpose of my visit, they called me inside their office since I was there as a guest of the Sansthan and handed me a form to fill out for the room booking.

As I completed the form, they asked if someone was accompanying me. When I replied that I was travelling alone, they informed me politely that, as per their policy, rooms are not allotted to single occupants.

For a brief moment, I didn’t know what to do or whom to approach. Then, I was advised to contact the Sansthan official who had earlier coordinated with me regarding accommodation. I called him right away, and he promptly spoke to the concerned staff. Within moments of that call, the room was allotted. It was another gentle reminder that when Baba plans something, every door opens effortlessly. Once again, I felt Baba’s presence in this little incident.

The First Stop at Dwarkamai

After settling into my room, I headed straight to Dwarkamai, as per my ritual of visiting Dwarkamai first whenever I come to Shirdi. After having breakfast, I offered prasad to Baba, lovingly cooked by my mother before my journey.

Then, I spent the rest of the day roaming in the sacred land of Shirdi. I visited Dwarkamai, Chavadi, and the Kanifnath Temple, soaking in the peace that only Baba’s town can offer. I intentionally avoided going to the Samadhi Mandir that day, since as per the summit schedule, a collective darshan there was already arranged for the following day.

A Message from the Coordinator

While I was strolling around, silently conversing with Baba in my heart, a message popped up from my coordinator, Shri Sunil Kandekar, the same person who had first contacted me regarding the summit. He wanted to hand over the Summit Kit (the photo of which I’ll share below). He had even come personally to my allotted room, but since I wasn’t there at that moment, I had missed him.

The Warm Arrangements

In the evening, he reached out again to inform me about the dinner arrangements made by the Sansthan for all participants. It felt so warm and organized, another small way Baba was ensuring His devotees were cared for. That evening, I finally collected my ID card and Summit Kit, and I was so proud and emotional to receive it. I clicked a few pictures to capture the moment, but even then, I couldn’t believe that it was truly happening. It was beyond my imagination that Baba had indeed planned everything far better than I ever could.

Later that evening, I treated myself to a delicious vada pav, a simple joy that always tastes special in Shirdi. As I walked back, I came across a small shop selling ice cream cones, and I couldn’t resist. The first bite instantly transported me back to my childhood, a beautiful memory refreshed amidst Baba’s blessings.

A Night Full of Gratitude

As the night slowly descended upon Shirdi, I clicked pictures of the Summit Kit and shared them with my family, their joy reflecting my own. Then I sat by the window for a while, watching the calmness of the sacred town. A certain magic filled the air, something only those who have felt Baba’s presence can truly understand.

My heart was full of gratitude, awe, and a quiet joy that words could barely contain. I thought of how Baba had orchestrated everything from the unexpected call to the warm welcome in His own perfect timing. Every moment of the day felt like a gentle assurance from Him that I was right where He wanted me to be.

With that comforting thought, I drifted into sleep, eagerly waiting for the dawn of the first day of the Summit, a day I knew Baba had planned with love. Before sleeping, I received a message from my coordinator, Shri Sunil Kandekar ji, reminding me to be ready by 7 a.m. for breakfast and darshan the next morning.

Day 2 – The Summit Begins

A Blessed Morning Begins

As informed earlier by my coordinator, I was ready by 7 a.m. and headed for breakfast in a mandap erected adjacent to the entrance of the Dwarawati Bhakt Niwas. It was a sumptuous and healthy meal, simple yet satisfying and I ended it with a cup of hot coffee that felt like the perfect start to a blessed day.

The Journey Towards Darshan

Outside, the Sansthan buses were waiting for us. With hearts full of excitement, I boarded one along with other participants. The schedule for the day had already been shared on our WhatsApp group, so we all knew that the divine journey would begin with Baba’s darshan.

Sansthan Bus
Sansthan Bus

The bus took us to the nearest spot for darshan, and at every point, Sansthan volunteers guided us with grace and care. Soon, we found ourselves standing near the Shatabdi Mandap, waiting in a queue for the sequence of darshans starting from Hanuman Mandir, then Chavadi, Dwarkamai, the sacred Samadhi Mandir, and finally Gurusthan.

Living the Moment, Not Just Capturing It

At Dwarkamai and Samadhi Mandir, we were requested to keep our mobiles and cameras inside our bags, while at other places, we could capture moments freely. It was heartwarming to see everyone holding their cameras and video gear, eager to capture the sights that so many devotees only dream of. But I found myself less interested in clicking pictures and more in living the moment because I wanted to capture the memory within me. Many of the attendees were active on Instagram or YouTube, but I noticed no one else seemed to be into writing. It made me quietly smile perhaps Baba had called me there to represent the world of words.

Baba’s Own VIPs

While entering Dwarkamai through the exit gate meant for others, I overheard the security personnel coordinating among themselves , “Allow the social media people to enter.” That was us, the participants of the Social Media Summit.

Then came the moment that felt surreal. Entering the Samadhi Mandir through a small, exclusive gate from Dwarkamai, the way reserved for VIPs. With our ID cards hanging around our necks, we were easily recognized and respectfully guided forward without any hindrance.

Can you imagine, dear readers, what that felt like? Many VIPs visit Baba’s shrine and receive such smooth darshan and that day, Baba had made us His own VIPs. It wasn’t just a privilege; it felt like Baba’s loving acknowledgment of every small effort we make to spread His message online.

The Divine Gathering at Lendi Baug

Passing Gurusthan, we reached the Lendi Baug, where we spent a considerable amount of time. We were granted permission to shoot the serene premises and capture as much footage as we wished and below are few pictures that I clicked. The atmosphere was calm, yet filled with quiet enthusiasm. Devotees-turned-creators could be seen exchanging smiles, recording clips, or simply absorbing the sanctity of the place.

It also became a beautiful time for satsang and connection, networking in the truest sense. Each of us took every little opportunity and shared how we were contributing to spreading Baba’s name in this vast digital world. Listening to their journeys through reels, channels, pages, and creative ideas, I felt humbled and grateful to be among so many hearts working for the same cause: to keep Baba’s presence alive online, where millions can feel His grace with just a click.

Next, our group proceeded toward the newly constructed darshan queue gate, another thoughtfully designed area where we could pause, interact, and build more connections. Conversations naturally flowed as we exchanged experiences, shared stories of our seva, and marveled at how Baba had drawn each of us here through different digital paths, yet for one divine purpose.

The Grand Welcome

Soon, we boarded the bus again to head toward the main event venue, a newly constructed, modern auditorium situated within the Shri Saibaba Educational Complex, managed by the Shri Saibaba Sansthan Trust. As the bus rolled closer, I could hear the rhythmic beats of drums played by the Nashik band. The sound grew louder, echoing with energy and devotion. My heart swelled with excitement; I assumed the beats were for welcoming the dignitaries and special guests whose names were listed in the day’s schedule.

However, as we stepped out of the bus and started walking toward the entrance, realization struck gently, the welcome was for us.

A Red-Carpet Moment of Grace

We, the participants of the Shree Sai Social Media Summit, were being greeted with those celebratory drums!

Volunteers and staff from the Sansthan stood at the gate, smiling warmly. Each of us was handed a beautiful rose as a token of Baba’s love, and then came the most heart-touching gesture, a red carpet walkway leading us into the hall.

Walking on that red carpet, amidst the drum beats and cheerful faces, I felt deeply humbled. It wasn’t pride that filled my heart, but an overwhelming sense of grace. I kept whispering silently within, “Baba, this is Your love manifesting through these gestures. I’m walking this path only because You chose me for it.”

In that moment, the thought of followers, numbers, or social media faded completely. What remained was a pure awareness that all of us were simply instruments in Baba’s grand orchestra, and today, He was making us feel special for the seva we offer in His name.

A Warm Welcome to the Auditorium

Tea and coffee were being served as we entered the premises of the newly built auditorium. Sipping a warm cup of coffee, I walked inside and the air inside was filled with excitement, yet touched with serenity that only Shirdi can hold.

On each seat, there was a neatly placed bag containing a water bottle and two small peanut-jaggery snacks, a thoughtful gesture for those small hunger moments in between. I smiled, silently thanking Baba for even these little comforts arranged so beautifully.

The Event Begins with Devotion

The event began with great enthusiasm, opening with the soul-stirring Qawwali “Shirdi Wale Sai Baba”, performed by devotional singers whose voices seemed to echo through every heart present. It was followed by delightful performances from the children studying in the Sansthan’s school and those of the Sansthan’s employees. Watching their innocent faces light up the stage filled me with tenderness. I always love witnessing such performances; they carry a purity that feels like Baba’s own smile.

A Divine Musical Presence

After a while, the famous singer Sonu Nigam graced the event. The atmosphere grew even more divine when the “Shirdi Maze Pandharpur” Arti resonated through the hall. It felt as though Baba Himself was being celebrated by His children from every corner of the digital world.

Sonu Nigam inaugurated the “Sai Blessings Button”, a special recognition inspired by the YouTube Button, symbolizing the blessings that every creator invited to the summit was to receive for spreading Sai’s message online.

The esteemed bhajan singer Shri Shailendra Bhartti was also among the attendees, and listening to his heartfelt words and bhajans added another wave of devotion to the already vibrant atmosphere.

Melodies, Messages, and Gratitude

Throughout the event, there were insightful talks, presentations about the Sansthan’s various initiatives, and video showcases from creators highlighting their unique ways of serving Baba through the digital medium.

And amid all this, one sentiment seemed to echo across every corner of the hall, a deep admiration for Shri Goraksha Gadilkar, the CEO of Shri Saibaba Sansthan Trust. It was his vision, dedication, and love for Baba that made this summit a reality. Even the employees and volunteers couldn’t help but express heartfelt appreciation for his tireless efforts in everything the Sansthan does and especially for this beautiful initiative that united so many devotees under one purpose: spreading Sai’s love in the digital age.

A Homely Maharashtrian Lunch

The event soon paused for a lunch break, and what a delightful experience it turned out to be! A sumptuous, authentic Maharashtrian meal awaited us, simple yet so flavorful that every bite reminded me of home. Being a Maharashtrian myself, I felt as though I was sitting in my own dining space, savoring the love and warmth of a home-cooked meal. But then again, wasn’t I truly at my Baba’s home? And in His home, everything is meant to feel homely.

During the lunch break, I noticed the CEO of the Sansthan, Shri Goraksha Gadilkar ji, personally inspecting the arrangements to ensure everything was in order. His humility and attention to detail spoke volumes about his leadership. I took that blessed opportunity to speak with him face-to-face and hand over the Sai Yug Network visiting card. As I briefly shared what we have been doing over the years, our seva of spreading Baba’s teachings and experiences through the digital space that he listened with genuine interest.

He was pleasantly astonished to know how long we have been engaged in this seva, serving Baba through our online platforms. That brief exchange filled me with immense gratitude. It wasn’t merely a meeting, it felt like Baba Himself acknowledging the work He had inspired years ago.

AI and Seva

After lunch, we returned to our seats in the auditorium, refreshed and eager for what awaited next. While the morning had celebrated creativity and devotion, the post-lunch session took a thoughtful, modern turn. One of the main objectives of the summit was to help creators understand how to integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) into their content to make it more engaging, efficient, and impactful.

Shri Prasad Ji, with his calm confidence and technical insight, gave a live demonstration of a few AI tools. It was fascinating to see how the same technology that often feels overwhelming could, when guided with purpose, become a means to serve Baba better. His presentation was not just informative but also inspiring. It was a reminder that even in this age of algorithms, Baba finds new ways for His message to reach hearts across the world.

Eminent Personalities and Inspiring Insights

The event continued with several eminent personalities from various fields who have played a role in shaping and spreading Sai Baba’s image and message far and wide. Among them was the director of the Mere Sai serial on Sony TV, whose presence added a special touch of recognition to Baba’s universal reach through media.

He encouraged all of us creators to continue making content that highlights Baba’s teachings, wisdom, and compassion not just stories of miracles, but reflections of His values in everyday life. His words resonated deeply with me. It felt as though Baba Himself was speaking through him, reminding us of our greater responsibility in the digital era to carry His message sincerely and meaningfully.

A Soulful Evening of Sai Bhajan Sandhya

The day’s sessions in the auditorium came to a close, but Day 1 of the Summit was far from over. The Sansthan had arranged a Bhajan Sandhya at the Shatabdi Mandap, followed by dinner at a nearby hotel. Before heading there, we were taken back to Bhakt Niwas to freshen up, another thoughtful gesture that showed how lovingly every detail was cared for.

After refreshing and changing, I made my way to the Shatabdi Mandap for the Bhajan Sandhya in the bus. As always, bhajans have a way of reaching straight into my heart. The air was alive with devotion, voices blending, clapping in rhythm, eyes moist with love for Baba. I soaked in the vibrations, feeling as if Baba Himself was sitting among us, smiling at His children rejoicing in His name.

Ending the Day with Gratitude

The bhajans and the dinner that followed were both absolute treats, one for the soul and the other for the body. Though the day had been long and full, my heart was brimming with gratitude and energy. My body longed for rest, but my spirit didn’t want the day to end.

That night, as I lay down to sleep, the second night of my stay in Shirdi, it felt as if I was resting with my head on Baba’s lap, safe, loved, and content. The next day awaited with new blessings, but for now, I drifted into sleep with only one thought in my heart: “Baba, thank You for letting me be a small part of Your grand plan.”

Day 3 – A Journey of Learning and Inspiration

Morning Warmth and a Hearty Start

The second day of the Shree Sai Social Media Summit began with the same divine rhythm, simple yet fulfilling. By 8 a.m., we were gathered for another sumptuous breakfast. The food, like the previous day, carried that touch of care that only Baba’s grace can add. My coordinator remained in constant touch, ensuring we were where we needed to be, when we needed to be, a silent yet efficient thread holding our divine schedule together.

Exploring Sai Sansthan’s Heartbeat

Our first destination was the Sai Bhakt Niwas, where we learned about the lodging facilities provided by the Sansthan for devotees visiting from all over the world. The arrangements were impressive, affordable, clean, and filled with an atmosphere of devotion. It was heartening to see how Baba’s home truly opens its doors to everyone, without discrimination or extravagance.

We were then taken to the ITI Unit managed by the Sansthan. Watching the young minds at work, learning skills that would empower them for life, filled me with deep admiration. It was thrilling to see how the Sansthan carries forward Baba’s true mission of uplifting society through education, empowerment, and service. Every corner echoed with Baba’s message “Work is worship.”

A Heartfelt Encounter with Shri Sunil Ji

While we were walking towards the ITI, my coordinator, Shri Sunil ji, himself came to meet me. It was our first time speaking in person after days of coordination over calls and messages. I thanked him sincerely for all the care taken by him and the Sansthan. As we spoke, he learnt more about our seva through Sai Yug Network and expressed genuine appreciation for the efforts put in.

He then shared two points that left me deeply moved and overwhelmed. First, he said, “Madam, your experience in blogging will be very helpful for our students studying in the Sansthan school. In the future, we would love to invite you to give them a guest lecture on blogging so they can be future-ready.”

Hearing those words made my heart swell with gratitude not for the opportunity, but for the recognition of seva as something that could inspire the younger generation.

Secondly, he mentioned that since I was staying alone, something usually not permitted as per the Sansthan’s policy. He had personally conveyed to the CEO and requested that I be allowed to stay as a single occupant. He added that such cases should be considered in the future as well. It was such a small detail, yet such a profound gesture of kindness and respect.

At that moment, I felt Baba’s presence once again working silently through the goodness of His people, ensuring that every devotee who comes in His name feels seen, valued, and cared for.

The Hospital Visit

Our next stop was the Sai Hospital. The creators’ eyes lit up as they captured videos, photos, and moments that spoke volumes of silent compassion. Walking through those corridors, seeing the care and dedication extended to patients regardless of their background was profoundly moving. It wasn’t just a hospital; it was Baba’s healing in motion.

As I stood there, I couldn’t help but feel proud to witness this living legacy of Baba’s love, and grateful that we were chosen to document it for the world to see.

Back to the Auditorium

We soon boarded the buses again and returned to the auditorium for another round of insightful sessions. The discussions on Artificial Intelligence (AI) continued, with creators learning how to weave technology into their devotional storytelling.

I silently thanked Baba for guiding us long before this by blessing us to integrate AI into our blog works since 2023. The summit only deepened that understanding and broadened my vision of how much more could be done for Baba’s message through mindful, modern tools.

An Enlightening Presentation by the CEO

The highlight of the afternoon was undoubtedly the presentation by Shri Goraksha Gadilkar. He shared detailed insights into the activities, reach, and impact of the Sansthan, facts and figures that left everyone in awe. Listening to him was both inspiring and humbling; it reminded me that Baba’s work continues through many hands and hearts, united by His will.

To know that we, as content creators, were now officially in collaboration with such a divine organization felt like a sacred milestone, a validation that our small efforts too are part of Baba’s grand mission.

Sharing Voices, Shaping the Future

After this came one of the most awaited segments, an open session where creators were invited to share their feedback, suggestions, and ideas for future summits. One by one, voices rose from across the auditorium. Each creator speaking with sincerity, offering thoughtful insights on how the event could become even more meaningful and far-reaching next time.

What touched me deeply was how attentively Shri Gadilkar ji listened to every single speaker. His posture, his eyes, and his responses reflected not just leadership but genuine humility, the kind that comes from serving Baba’s mission, not commanding it. It was a moment of true collaboration where the Sansthan and creators together envisioned the next chapter of spreading Baba’s love through the digital world.

The Sai Blessing Button

And then came the most awaited moment of all, the distribution of the Sai Blessing Button. The atmosphere in the auditorium turned electric with excitement and joy. Each creator waited eagerly for the call of their name, hearts brimming with gratitude, to receive this divine token of recognition, a symbol of Baba’s blessings bestowed upon their seva.

When Sai Yug Network was called, my heart swelled with emotion. Walking up to receive the button felt like walking towards Baba Himself as though He was gently saying, “I see your work, and I bless it.”

It wasn’t just an award; it was a sacred affirmation of purpose. You can see this precious moment the Sai Blessing Button and its radiant details in this reel.

A Blessed Conclusion at Sai Prasadalay

The final segment of the summit was the lunch at Sai Prasadalay, and what a fitting conclusion it was to two days filled with devotion, learning, and inspiration.

As we entered the Prasadalay, the familiar aroma of freshly prepared food greeted us, simple, pure, and infused with love. The arrangements were flawless, a true reflection of Baba’s grace working through every hand that served. Volunteers moved about with quiet dedication, ensuring that each devotee received their meal with warmth and care.

Sitting there, sharing the prasad amidst fellow creators, I couldn’t help but think, this is what Baba’s work truly means. To serve, to share, and to spread love in every act, no matter how small.

The food tasted divine, not merely because of the flavors but because it was offered in Baba’s home, prepared with devotion, and served in the spirit of equality. Every plate, every smile, every moment was soaked in grace.

As I finished my meal, my heart whispered a silent prayer of gratitude for being chosen, for being present, and for being allowed to serve Baba in this lifetime.

The Journey Back with A Heart Full of Gratitude

After the soulful meal at Sai Prasadalay, the buses took us back to Dwarawati Bhakt Niwas. As we drove through the familiar lanes of Shirdi, a serene stillness filled my heart. The two-day summit had officially come to an end yet, within me, it felt like something profound had just begun.

The experience had left me enriched with enthusiasm, wisdom, gratitude, and above all, humility. Each moment from the darshan to the thoughtful sessions, from the warm hospitality to the soulful bhajans carried Baba’s grace.

Though the summit concluded, its essence continues to live within me. The learnings, the connections, and the blessings received are not just memories, they are gentle reminders to keep creating with purpose, to serve with love, and to let Baba’s name echo through every word and every act.

As I sat quietly that evening, I whispered a heartfelt prayer, “Thank You, Baba, for calling me, for guiding me, and for letting me be a small instrument in Your vast plan.”

Truly, the summit was over, but Baba’s seva had only deepened.

A Heartfelt Note of Gratitude

Before closing this divine chapter, I wish to express my heartfelt thanks to Shri Sunil Kandekar ji, whose warmth, coordination, and genuine care made my experience at the summit so smooth and memorable. From ensuring every little detail was taken care of to personally checking on my comfort, he was truly Baba’s instrument of kindness throughout the event.

My sincere gratitude also goes to Shri Goraksha Gadlikar ji, the CEO of Shri Saibaba Sansthan Trust, whose vision, humility, and dedication brought this beautiful initiative to life. His efforts in bringing together creators from across the country and giving them a platform to serve Baba through their talents reflect the true spirit of leadership inspired by Baba’s teachings.

And lastly, my deep and loving thanks to the entire team of Shri Saibaba Sansthan Trust, Shirdi, every volunteer, staff member, and coordinator who worked tirelessly behind the scenes. The arrangements, hospitality, and attention to detail spoke volumes of the love and devotion with which they serve every devotee who comes to Baba’s abode.

It is because of their collective effort that this event became not just a summit, but a spiritual experience that will stay etched in my heart forever.

“Baba works through people, through their hearts, their hands, and their humility. And through each of them, He reminded me once again that seva done with love reaches Him directly.”

Day 4 – A Blessed Farewell to Shirdi

The final morning in Shirdi dawned with a deep sense of peace and fulfillment that quiet kind of contentment only Baba can bestow. I began my day with a visit to Dwarkamai, where Baba’s presence felt especially radiant, as if the air itself carried His blessings. I carried the Sai Blessing Button with me and gently placed it at His feet, offering it in gratitude for everything He had allowed me to experience.

In that still, soul-soothing moment, I felt Baba acknowledging the love behind every word written, every act of seva done in His name. When I received the button back, now adorned with a fragrant jasmine garland, it felt like Baba’s personal assurance and a reminder that His blessings travel with us wherever we go.

From there, I visited Chavadi and the cottage of Abdul Baba, taking quiet moments to reflect on the journey so far for the seva done, the lessons learned, and the new bonds that Baba had lovingly woven through this experience.

Just when I thought the day’s blessings were complete, Baba had one more surprise waiting. I was invited to partake in the Kojagari Purnima Prasad lovingly arranged by Dr. Gawankar and his family. The meal, served with devotion, turned an ordinary afternoon into a feast of grace and gratitude.

After lunch, I went for Mukh Darshan, where I had a silent, heart-to-heart conversation with Baba, the kind where words aren’t needed, just surrender. Stepping out, I did a bit of shopping, picked up some small tokens of love, and finally stood outside Dwarkamai to seek Baba’s permission to start my return journey.

As evening descended, I checked out from my stay, carrying with me not just memories, but a heart brimming with devotion, peace and a whisper, “Baba, thank You for these four unforgettable days for deepening my faith, shaping my purpose, and letting me feel Your presence in every moment.”

As I look back on those four days in Shirdi, my heart brims with gratitude. What began as an invitation to a creators’ summit turned into an experience that deepened my bond with Baba and expanded my understanding of seva in this digital age. Every conversation, every darshan, every moment felt guided by Him. The summit may have concluded, but the real journey continues to create with purpose, to serve with love, and to let Baba’s message flow through every word and work.

We would love to hear from you

Dear Hetal Ji,

Heartfelt thanks to you for taking us through this divine journey during the Sai Summit. At the end of the blog, I felt as if I myself had attended it. As always, every word , every line that you wrote carried Baba’s warmth and grace.

My heart found peace in reading and writing about Baba and not in chasing algorithms- You truly did put your selfless seva in a nutshell.

I found myself smiling and my eyes getting wet at the same moment, when I read through few lines. “See I haven’t forgotten you” truly made me shed tears. Your experience from the time of landing in the sacred soil till the return felt absolutley bliss to even read it. As you rightly said, soaking in the peace that only Baba’s town could offer. I can imagine the kind of Bliss and Gratitude you would have felt while quietly sitting beside the window, immersing yourself in the warmth of the sacred soil in the world.

You capturing memories instead of the moments in camera and the moment Sai Yug Network was called out on stage is truly Baba’s another recognition for you , in fact the Best Recognition anyone who loves Baba from the heart needs, A call from Baba Himself saying to you” Come Beti, You soaked me in your world of Love for me”.

Another beautiful line that I admired “In His Home, everything is meant to be Homely”. Of course (With tears in my eyes and smile on my lips, nodding in agreement) 😊

Your boundless Love for Baba , the Humility that He instilled in you, the extreme sense of Gratitude towards Baba reflected throughout the post.

May Baba bless you forever, for the Selfless Seva that you do to enlighten the Sai Community with your World of Words. May your words carry Baba’s Love and Grace for the generations to come. May you continue to rest on Baba’s lap enriched with His boundless Love for you as you have for Him ❤️. Once again, a Big Thank You for sharing this divine experience! 😊

Dear Hetalji,

Blessed to read your experience about the summit. You have explained each moment very realistic as if I felt like I was walking with you and experincing each leela of Baba.
You are well deserved to be in this summit. If not Hetal who else- this is what Baba would have thought when he arranged everything for you. I am following your blog for many years and whenever I feel low or whenever I need any answer from Baba, then my immediate stop is your blog.I got many more answers from your blog as if baba himself answering to me exactly for my situation.
Very thankful to you to maintain this blog since many years with the same inspiring experiences. Most of the time I would thought of joining you to do this divine work but some or other things held me up. I am not sure whether I can do justice if I take up this divine work. My only worry is if I take up something it should not have some hurdle because of my family reasons. I very well know Baba will guide us in each and every part of our life to make sure that his work is done right. But eargerly waiting for Baba to help me to come out of this fear and make me do his divine works.
I am also planning for a Shirdi trip but waiting for Baba to call me.When I saw the pics of your Shirdi trip, I was feeling each and every corner of it.

Om sai ram Hetalji.the experience u shared with us is giving goosebumps because as usual u make us feel that moment as a real time experience for us.

Entire 3 days journey is beautifully described and we walked alongwith u, holding those essence of food u partook and the feeling u carried.

Ur sai yug network has played a major role in our life because that platform never keep us deprived of Baba’s darshan. We never miss baba and it helps to fulfill our desire to visit baba in shirdi.
In short u bring our shirdi baba meet us at our place.

Baba aatey hai, har pal har din saath hi hotey hai…

that’s done by u…thank for sharing this beautiful experience of urs and a big big thanks for gifting us Sai yug network.

Another 18 yrs plus, no…rather till my last breathe, I wish to be a part of ur sai yug network with shradhdha and saburi…om sai ram

Thank u so much Hetalji…

My pleasure

Well written. We do experience the same thing. Just recently I have been to Shirdi and that too, after a very long period after covid, I felt like homecoming situation. We feel to be blessed to have his darshan. The online darshan hardly take any time and there we are in front of Baba, ready to bow on his feet. Some sort of confidence comes in us saying that Baba is there and will always be there showering his blessings.

Dwarkamai, chavadi, etc will always be interesting because we know that once upon a time, Baba had lived here and done his daily rituals, miracles along with his disciples. We imagine the situation like what must have happened as given in Sai satcharitra.

I humbly pray to Sai Baba that his blessings be always bestowed on us.

Om Sai Ram 🙏🙏

Dear Hetal Ji,
Om Sairam
Firstly thank you so much for sharing this detailed journey of you in Saibaba’s land. It’s so much more than words can describe how much it made me connected and felt blessed.
I usually visit Shirdi once a year during my vacations and reading this makes me want to go there at the earliest possible.
It’s definitely one of the best feeling to know that Baba has always been seeing you throughout your journey and has given his approval and response to all your sincere work that you’ve been doing.
Every unexpected surprise thing that happened with you only gives hopes to each one of us that Baba is always watching us no matter what and will show up and do everything for us at the right time😌
I’m a medical student currently in my 3rd year MBBS, and when you mentioned about the visit to the hospital where care is given to each one of the patients irrespective of their background I just closed my eyes and asked Baba to give me one opportunity to serve the patients in his land giving everything that I can from my end as a symbol of gratitude for guiding and having been with me and definitely will be with me in the future also always through the ups and downs of my journey. Thank you for everything Baba couldn’t have been possible to be here in this position without you🥹
May Baba give you more strength to keep doing this seva of spreading Baba’s blessings to everyone in need.
Thank you .
Omsairam❤️

Hetal Ji,
Very well written, it is like i walked along your experience.

So true, Sai Baba does wonders to make everything special and comfortable for me too in Shirdi. In spite of the crowd, He gives me His time and blissful solitude with Him.
He sure gives VIP treatment 😍♥️
