Thanks for comprehensive details
Hello Sir,
I wish to add few lines here. I availed accomodation in Dwaravati guest house and will like to point out few things:
1. Strict check in time is a waste as the devotees may be late due to train or bus. While booking the charges are deducted then organisation must keep the booking instead of cancelling it. In my case it was really tough to postpone the booking as the number was not reachable from my phone and when I made my friend to call on my behalf he told actually no one takes the call when it is transferred to the respective guest house.
Please note online booking is only made when the charge is deducted from account then why do you need to postpone it in case train or bus is delayed?
2. The rooms must be reasonably cleaned regularly, bed sheets must be changed regularly with clean bed sheets once a devotee leaves the room.
I will appreciate the fact that 'The rooms are decent, guest house ambience is good'. The complain is rooms are not adequately cleaned and bed sheets are in such a condition that one can't sleep on them.
Hope you will ensure changes on this. And will like to tell otherwise it was excellant.
Regards,
Ravindra
I fully agree on Point No.1
The call centre numbers mentioned are always ring but now one pickup the call. The mail sent to support, has a response only after the scheduled visit advising to call the call centre only.
Also if Online can provide additional services like satyanaran puja etc., it is highly appreciated
Regards
Satya Saibaba
I also agree on phone related point.
No one picks the phone and if they picked then they transfer the call to some other person but no body clears your query.
Regards,
Jai Sai Ram
